Sent internal photos of structural cracks and they confirmed they were happy with photos. Then get a call back after a week saying they don't specialise in internal walls and claims Helibars are for only external use, I've used Helibars internally on a previous property. The guy i spoke to clearly lacked interested and energy to deal with my questions.
